This policy explains how Olosi Studios Ltd (“Olosi”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or contact us through it.
Who we are
Olosi Studios Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 13657143), registered office: 3 Willow Tree Close, Northolt, England, UB5 5TZ. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, and we are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
What we collect
When you join the early access waitlist on this site, we collect the details you provide:
- your email address
- which best describes you (agency, founder, engineering team, business or other)
- your name, if you give it
- what you would want built first, if you tell us
If you email us, we also have whatever you include in that email.
Our server also records the IP address the submission came from, to help prevent spam.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
We use this information solely to manage the waitlist, to contact you when your early access spot opens, and to reply to you and discuss working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and (where relevant) taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent.
How it’s handled
Waitlist signups are delivered to us by email through Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service, and this website is hosted on AWS. These providers process the data on our behalf as our processors. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until your early access spot opens or you ask us to remove you, and for no longer than 12 months after you join. We keep other correspondence for up to 90 days after our last contact with you, then delete it.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and sets no non-essential cookies or tracking.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
